ABQ Ladies Night Run
Join us for the 2026 Lilly Barrack ABQ Ladies Night 8k and One Medal 5k happening on Saturday, May 9th benefitting Girls on the Run - Rio Grande. This year's theme is Women Empowering Women, and we're dedicated to making 2026 the most memorable yet! The 2026 course is approachable for runners of all abilities—whether you're chasing a personal record or prefer engaging in group conversation. Either way, participants will enjoy breathtaking views of the New Mexico sky and Sandia Mountains. The 2026 ABQ Ladies Night run will also feature a Lexus pace car from Lexus of Albuquerque to start the race off right!
Participants in both the 8k run and 5k run/walk will be receive a beautifully handcrafted Lilly Barrack finishers necklace to commemorate their accomplishment. Capture the moment with Lobo Photo NM, as they'll be on-site capturing incredible shots, and all participants can enjoy FREE downloads of their race photos!
After the race, jump into the excitement at our ABQ Ladies Night After Party. Indulge in delicious food, refreshing drinks, live music, and engaging conversations. Hosted at the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta Hall, our celebration showcases women-owned local businesses and artisan products.
We are proud to announce that One Medal is available to every participant for this year’s race. One Medal is a program that promotes the gift of encouragement and empowerment for people who are going through what appears to be insurmountable adversity. Our course runs through the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta Park with the ABQ Ladies Night After Party taking place at the park’s Sid Cutter Pilot Pavilion. We chose this site for its convenient access, flat course, and the fact that it is designed to support memorable experiences. Whether you want to achieve your personal best or support your fellow women as a team, this 5k will be filled with smiles and encouragement.
We’ve got a great pre-race stretch led by local experts to get you loosened up. We also have an awesome warm up led by fitness experts from Performance Ranch that will ensure your muscles are ready to run when the race starts. Renew Med Spa will be at the finish/After Party to help you recover quickly.
Delicious local food, wine, craft beer beer will be ready for you to enjoy when you cross the finish line. We will also have awesome live music, local vendors, and giveaways to round out the 2025 experience. Give yourself a fitness goal to work towards and register today!

ABQ Ladies Night 2026 is more than having a great time, we're about making a difference! This year's event supports our local Girls on the Run chapter. Girls on the Run is an awesome nonprofit empowering girls of all backgrounds. Their program enhances social, emotional, and physical skills through interactive lessons and creative running integration. Girls on the Run inspires joy, health, and confidence, envisioning a world where every girl boldly pursues her limitless potential. The Balloon Fiesta Park offers plenty of parking near all the action.

Your friends can stay updated on your progress and receive live status updates from the course. You can also enter your Facebook information if you want your splits and final time to be posted there.

All the women participants in both the 8k run and 5k run/ walk will receive a custom Lilly Barrack necklace.
Top 5 finishers and top 3 masters in the 8k will receive special gifts from Lilly Barrack
Men's in the 5k run/ walk will receive a FINISHER'S custom medal.
There will be NO AGE GROUP award in 5k run walk.

All registered runners will be issued a bib with a B-Tag timing chip. You must wear your bib so that it’s clearly visible on the front of your torso.

Come to the Ladies Night After Party for an evening of mimosas, food, music, and shopping from local female artisans and smail businesses!

The top three 8k finishers in each of the following categories will receive awards: 11 & under, 12-15, 16-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79,80-84, 85+
The top three 5k finishers will receive awards.

One Medal is an affinity endurance program that celebrates the successes of those who participate in a race or endurance event in memory of or as an encouragement for someone’s recovery, a celebration of life or other special occasion.
One Medal provides athletes an opportunity to change the world by providing a united platform to train “on purpose and for a purpose”, honoring someone or something “larger” than themselves. One Medal participants inspire, empower& encourage people going through adversity, in honor of someone who faces a seeming insurmountable challenge and/or fighting a disease. One Medal athletes also participate in memory of a someone’s life, representing an important cause or to simply celebrate a loved one’s special occasion. Our exclusive ABQ Ladies Night Run Training Program is led by Jane Cudney-Black. Coach Jane is an RRCA Certified Coach with years of experience helping women successfully achieve their goals.
Coach Jane will helps runners improve overall fitness, build aerobic endurance, develop running technique, meet new friends, and challenge yourself. We are excited for Train with Jane participants to achieve the ultimate reward of crushing their 2025 ABQ Ladies Night Run goals!
